Recovery in College

Life for a student in college can be difficult and stressful. For a student who may also be in early recovery going to college may present greater challenges. It may help to know that through the Alcohol & Other Drug Program, Binghamton University provides you with a readily available support option if you choose to use it. we can provide ongoing counseling and support to a student in recovery so that your transition into college can be manageable. Please contact us to set up an appointment. We can help with adjustment, coping strategies, and relapse prevention. College can be an exciting learning experience. We are here to provide you with any of the tools you may need to make the most of it.
